We will make every effort for you to receive your order as quickly as possible. In most cases you will receive your order within 7 to 10 days. We work directly with the manufacturer, and are able to do overnight and 2 day select orders for you. Some dresses may be on back order, so please call us directly if you have a certain date, and need your order rushed.

All return merchandise must meet the following criteria or else they will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense:

Merchandise is in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer, including but not limited to appearance, color, odor, etc.

Merchandise must have original tag(s) attached.

Merchandise must accompany its original protective covering, hangers, and/or similar accessories.

All Return Procedures must be followed and a 25% restocking fee will be applied..

Sorry, any request for returns over 30 days of receiving the order will be refused, and no credit will be received.
